Problem with damn computer...

Having problems connecting to Arena Net atm so not been able to get back online. Hopefully I can resolve this soon as.
Problem is not connecting to Arena Net, no timeout. Have traced route and deffo a broken connection. Unsure of how to resolve this so waiting on reply from NCSoft. If anyone has any suggestions, be much appreciated.
And yes, I have checked the firewall
